Booking and Availability
How do I check availability for specific dates?

You can view live availability and book instantly through our listings on Booking.com, or book directly on our website.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring, autumn and holiday periods when Rome is at its busiest. That said, last-minute stays are often possible, subject to availability.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

We welcome short stays — the minimum is just 1 night. Any exceptions for particular dates are always shown at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

It depends on the rate you book. We offer flexible rates with free cancellation up to a set number of days before arrival, as well as discounted non-refundable rates. The exact terms are shown before you confirm and are stated in your booking confirmation.

Can I modify my booking after it’s confirmed?

Yes. Changes such as dates or guest numbers can usually be arranged, subject to availability and your rate’s conditions. You can manage your reservation directly through Booking.com, or contact us and we’ll be glad to help.

Payment and Pricing
Do I need to pay a deposit?

No — we don’t require a deposit. Depending on the rate you choose, payment is taken either at the time of booking or closer to your arrival.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), as well as bank transfers. Reservations made through Booking.com are processed securely via the platform.

Are there any additional fees (e.g., cleaning or security deposit)?

Cleaning is included in the rate, and we don’t charge a security deposit. Please note that Rome’s city tourist tax (tassa di soggiorno) is mandatory and charged separately — a few euros per guest, per night, for up to 10 nights.

Do you offer any discounts for extended stays?

Yes. We’re happy to offer reduced nightly rates for longer stays, typically on a weekly or monthly basis. Contact us directly for a tailored quote.

Property Details and Amenities
What amenities are included in the rental?

Our suites are fully furnished and include air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh linens and towels, and quality toiletries. Most suites also have a work desk, and some feature a jacuzzi and/or bathtub.

Is there Wi-Fi in the apartments?

Yes — complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all of our suites.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are generally not permitted in our suites. If you’d like to travel with a pet, please contact us before booking and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available — please contact us for details and we’ll help arrange the most convenient option for you.

Is the property wheelchair accessible?

Accessibility varies between our properties, some of which are in historic buildings. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether a particular suite suits your needs.

Check-In and Check-Out
What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Yes, subject to availability and occasionally for a small fee. Let us know your arrival and departure times in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

How do I check in/check out if I arrive outside of office hours?

We offer flexible self check-in. You’ll receive clear arrival and access instructions before your stay, so you can check in at any hour. Check-out is just as simple — you’ll be told exactly where to leave the keys.

Location and Transportation
Where is the property located, and how do I get there?

Our boutique suites are located in central, well-connected districts of Rome. The exact address and door-to-door directions, including airport transfer options, are sent to you with your booking confirmation.

Is public transportation nearby?

Yes. Our suites are within easy walking distance of metro, bus and tram links, putting the whole city within easy reach.

Are there restaurants, shops, or attractions within walking distance?

House Rules and Policies
Are parties or events allowed?

Out of respect for our neighbours and fellow guests, parties and events are not permitted.

Is smoking permitted in the apartment?

Our suites are entirely non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted outdoors, or on a private balcony or terrace where available.

What should I do if I have an issue during my stay?
